Vodacom takes payment - gives nothing - ignores complaint - refuses refund

2 App purchases failed (R 500 each). This did not bother me much. When I contacted their eShop support (4 times by email), I am being ignored flat. I feel like Vodacom is happy to take my money and give me nothing. Now, when I go into a shop, take something, and don't pay for it, I will be arrested for theft.....
