Vodacom takes our money monthly but offers no warranty repairs on item less than 1 year

Purchased 2 x contracts that are 9 months old. Took one tablet to Vodacom repair center because it wont charge on 18 Oct 2021. After 3 weeks, am told Vodacom is no longer handling repairs. Device returned without any repair or attempt to repair. Was never notified in any way, and only saw on Repair follow up that we "can collect" (thinking it has been repaired). We must contact manufacturer directly, however Vodacom receives our money monthly. Been a Vodacom customer over 20 years, over 8 devices on contract with Vodacom. Tablet is used for home-schooling and now a waste of 3 weeks without any repairs.
