Vodacom takes other peoples money

Beware of Vodacom! We left the country and gave 2 MONTH notice to end our contract as it was in the last months and we were legally allowed to end it. We went abroad and they kept deducting monthly contract fees from our SA account. We had NUMEROUS COSTLY conversations with them. Every consultant promising that it was fixed and that they would reinburse our money. They kept doing this until the contract time was up and then claimed that they had no record of us ever cancelling the contract so they would not be reimbursing the ****** money. We were customers for years and they treates us like ****.
