VODACOM TAKES MORE THAN 4 MONTHS TO CLEAR A PAID OFF ACCOUNT!!!

I paid off my accounts in September 2014. Three months later, I could not take new contracts in December because my PAID OFF account was handed over to legal. A Vodacom shop sales Rep at Kolonnade Mall in Pretoria said they will clear this and she would call us to take our contracts. This was in December before Christmas. It is now January 2025.

I am calling the call center today and an agent (Amanda between 9:30 and 9:50) in the collections departments confirms that my account is under legal because they have not cleared it as a paid off account. She also there is no way I could get a reference for my call, WOW VODACOM!!!. She could also not give me a turnaround time to clear this so that I can take a new contract (4 phones, two watches). THIS IS THE AMOUNT OF BUSINESS THAT YOUR POOR ADMINISTRATION WILL COST YOU!!!
