Vodacom takes money out of my bank account long after contract has been cancelled (without sending an invoice)

I have successfully cancelled my expired Vodacom contract and switched to prepaid on 22 October. Since then, I have received a final invoice for the month of October and it has been paid via debit order on 2 November. However, I have not received a bill since then and yet another amount of money has been deducted from my bank account via debit order on 2 December.

I have tried to make contact with Vodacom to find out why money is being debited from my bank account. I have tried to use the "call me back" service on their website (http://help.vodacom.co.za/personal/callback), which doesn't work and I have tried calling customer care on 082 111. The service consultant who answered the call did not understand the problem and was unable to help.

Additionally, the last invoice that I have received was emailed to me in a .efa format. This file format cannot be opened without installing additional "decription" software (http://www.emc.co.za/vodacom/downloads/). I was unable to install the software and therefore I am unable to view my invoice. I am hesitant to install unknown software on my computer and would prefer a PDF.
