Vodacom takes money from customers for and airtime data and service each month bad service and ********* behavior

I am paying each month on 2 contracts i dont use at all for a very log period . each month vodacom takes my money and airtime and data .yet i am paying for something thats not used .The cancellation figures given is the same amount i will pay at end of contract .This is such a ******* as no airtime is given yet im charged for something i will not get over the period and the equipment which is the phone that they say is for free you just paying for airtime . you want me ti pay for remaining months of airtime you not giving me .that does not make sense at all . This is doing your customer in and this unfair to the consumer and i will take this further legally .
