Vodacom takes 3 months to repair cell phone and still dont have the phone bac****!

<p>New contract opened at Vodacom with a LG X cam when I was 35 weeks pregnant. Had the phone for a week when the screen broke. Returned it to the store they sent it off for fix as there is insurance with the contract – this took almost 8 weeks with back and forth calls to LG and Vodacom for who was going to pay for the repair. Eventually the screen was fixed and returned to store. So no phone when I had the baby, should also mention I have epilepsy and obviously need a phone to call in case of emergency. We went to collect it and it looked like it was years old, covered in scratches all over the phone including the camera lense, refused to accept it and it was sent back for repair and took another 3 more weeks to fix. Phone returened to store. Went to collect the phone and looks ok but now the buttons do not work? Have been told that the phone will be sent back again to repair centre. After speaking to customer service and the repair center nobody can tell me how long it will take to fix this phone after Vodacom scratched and broke the phone.</p> <p>Nobody is taking responsibility for the damage/problem while we pay a monthly contract fee for the phone while we still don’t actually have a phone. Service has been extremely poor and very disappointed in Vodacom. </p>
