Vodacom take money via debit order, after a large amount was paid to settle and cancel a contract

I processed a premature cancellation, I provided - A signed copy of the premature cancellation quotation - Proof of payment - A copy of my Passport (ID) Followed all the steps that were required, used my account number as a reference. Vodacom have not stopped debiting my account. I think it is terribly sad that Vodacom have done this, I have seen many similar issues complained about. During these horrible times as we face a pandemic, and economic issues Vodacom proceed to literally take the food out of ones mouth. I wonder why Vodacom as a company feel that it is okay to take monies from me, for a service I do not use, and after I followed every instruction required to settle and cancel the contract. I will have to continue to struggle to be refunded, and am now forced to beg for Vodacom stop taking money unfairly.
