Vodacom systems giving nightmare to customers

Hi, On Thursday 16 July I lost my phone in a taxi, as a result of that, I had to blacklist my phone and block my sim card with Vodacom When I called the call center for the first time I was told that my account is arrears and I needed to make an arrangement, however after speaking to a lady from accounts by the name Penelope, she advised that my account is in order but their system did not update, she advised me to not proceed with the insurance claim until the system updates within an hour. this phone call was made on 10:13 2020/07/17, after calling her I then called the Insurance department and spoke to a guy by the name of Ernest, I wanted to know what would they need for me to make a claim and how much my access fee would be, he was very helpful in explaining things to me and advised that I could continue with the claim and not wait for the accounts system to be updated. After talking to him I called the call center to blacklist the device and block the number, I was told that I would get the ITC ref number within an hour tops, When I noticed that an hour had went passed and there is no ITC ref or update, I called again to find out what was taking so long, I spoke to Pontsho at 12:40 2020/07/17 she advised that her system shows that the phone is blacklisted but they are having issues with their blacklisting system and it might take 24 hours to resolve, I explained to her that I use this number for work purposes and as such I can't afford to wait that long, I also explained to her that if I can't work today I will not get paid, She was very helpful but the situation was just beyond her control she called other departments and tried to get assistance. I called the insurance department to explain what was happening and to see if there is another way around this but that also was a dead end. well...to the cut long story short I had to wait longer than I had anticipated getting the ref number, but I finally did and I was happy to continue the process . yesterday on the 18 I was at mall of the south Vodacom to do a sim swap and get a new device, I was told that my sim card would be active within 4 hours, and today 19 July 2020 My sim card is still not active 24 hours later. And I can't call the call center because I have reached my monthly limit of calling them. as sad as this is I called the shop and they advised that even the system that does sim swaps is been having issues and is aking long to finalize the process. And I only told this cause now I called. my question is what systems work at Vodacom, The accounting system is not updating account statuses, the blacklist system is having issues, now the sim swap system is also having problems. At a time like this when most people have to work from home. I have lost 2 days of income because Vodacom systems are faulty and all they can say to me is sorry. I a not even sure if this sim card would be activated by today. I understand why they would put a limit to the number of calls one makes to the call center, however, companies that do that, they do it knowing that they have all their systems to avoid customers having to call countless times just to have one issue resolved. Now I have issues that are not resolved as a result of their faulty systems and I cant call them because they blocked my numbers, The bot is not programmed to deal with issues relating to sim swap and it is faulty by itself as it has null pointer exceptions but it lives.
