Vodacom systems and staff lack of accountability, indicate vodacom fails to value the customer. Simple ******ion.

I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed by Vodacom customer service at Vodacom Shop the bluff. I purchased a galaxy note 10+ on the 20th of October 2019. A special on the cellphone as well as the gear was not advertised to me by a consultant by the name of Abdullah. Today, Saturday 02 November 2019, i went into the shop after the realisation that there is a smart watch special running within the time frame that i purchased the phone, but the consultant didnt take care to communicate this information and doesnt deny this. When i arrive today to sort out the problem, i am told that i do not qualify for this special anymore because i didnt state my interest, which was based on a lack of knowledge. I was at shop again, prepared to add on the R269.00 pm on my contract, as the special apparently lasts from the 06th of October to the 06th of November. I am now expected to fork out close to R7000.00 cash price for this smar****ch. I would definitely like to understand if this is the standard of customer care/ service a contract customer should tolerate from vodacom? The cellphone is roughly 10 days old and already i am made to feel like a customer that is not valued. Because the contract was signed and the money paid, it seems to not matter that the vodacom staff escapes liability for their failure to do their jobs. If i didnt have an intention of taking advantage of this special, why would i be here 10 days later? Vodacom needs to take action because i fear tying myself up to a new contract with a network provider that cant be accountable or value the customers needs.
