Vodacom System Crash

On 10th April 2019 we went to Makro Springfield to take out a new contract deal. While the consultant was in the process of activating the 2 handsets the Vodacom system froze. We spent 3 hours in store waiting for the handsets to be activated only to be told it had to be done manually by Vodacom and added to a queue. We were told it would be at least another hour. Unfortunately we could not wait any longer and had to leave. The consultant promised to call. We called again an hour later and were told it had not been resolved and to call back this morning. Well it is now 13.43 on 11th April and the matter has still not been resolved! We have called Vodacom business directly and they have said there is nothing they can do until it is activated! We are not getting answers from Vodacom - what is it going to take to resolve?
