Vodacom syndicate, *****ing from people through ******* simswaps

Experienced a nightmare with Vidacom, I wouldn't advise anyone to use Vodacom. It seems like there is a syndicate within Vidacom that hacks people's phones and start asking money from one's whatsap friends. It doesn't make sense how these hackers manages to do a simswap. There is this thing called TOBI, this thing exposes vodacom customers to serious risks. Simswap was done on my phone in the middle of the night and when we tried to call Vodacom customer care we were told that the customer center only opens at 9 in the morning. This is ******* because now our friends lost money to this syndicate. These people obviously works with vodacom employees, I mean how does the simswap go through without one asking for it. Nonsense Vodacom, it's not safe to use your network.
