Vodacom ********s

Vodacom ismaking us pay for repairs on a cat31 phone that is new,less tgan a month old that had factory defects a week into having the phone.R780+-.camera rear and flash stopped working a week+ into having the phone(begin feb2020) and given in for repairs beginning march.we are being ******** to pay for factory defects of vodacom.even a staff member there told me that 5 s31s came back with problems.now if we dont pay,we dont get the phome back.something must be done.the phone must be repaired at vodacom cost,not ours.the public isnt responsible for factory defects!!contracts on my wifes name natasha aitchison ***
