Vodacom suspends my line without warning because I have not RICA'd my simcard (when my simcard has been RICA'd)

After having just experienced a shocking service from Vodacom where they blacklisted my iPhone without my authorisation, hardly a week later they have struck again with their incompetence and bad business practice. I had an incident where my phone was erroneously blocked by the Vodacom team, upon investigation it transpired that it might have been "a slip of the finger" error or a customer quoting the wrong IMEI number when they wanted their phone blacklisted. So my phone ended up blacklisted for a whole 12 days before Vodacom rectified their mistake. Just as I was starting to enjoy being connected again, on 22 May Vodacom sends me an SMS at 08:18 telling me that my line has been locked because of non-compliance with RICA legislation. That I must visit a Vodacom Shop with my ID and proof of residence. Mind you I had RICA'd my number/simcard before about 2 years ago. I dont mind having to RICA my simcard every 2 years if that is the requirement. What I do however have a problem with, is VODACOM locking my line without any prior warning. This is not customer service at all. If I had been asked and given a time frame to go RICA my simcard I would understand, not this bull**** of abruptly locking my line without any prior warning. This has infuriated me to the point that I think these people don't know what they are doing. This comes at the backend of them having BLACKLISTED my phone for WHOLE WEEKS, now I am back to not having signal because according to them, I need to RICA my sicard AGAIN. And no one thought is appropriate to notify me and give me a time period within to have this done. This is the last straw! this is all the signs to really drive a point home that you do not need me as a customer anymore.
