Vodacom-Suspended account: BAD SERVICE to get it reactivated

Vodacom has suspended my account on Friday 18 Oct 2018. I paid the arrears immediately at 11:00 and e-mailed them the Proof of Payment. It is already Monday 22 Oct 2018, 16:00 and my lines has not been activated as yet. When I call Vodacom accounts department they say, the money must first show into their account before they can activate my lines again, because I do not have a Debit Order, they can do nothing to activate my lines again. This can take up to 3 days they say, according to them it do not matter if you send a proof of payment, cause it will take them 5-14 workings days to process a POP. But at the same time they say to me to e-mail them the POP, not fax, their fax line is not working LOL !!! My bank however says that if you pay on a Friday before 14H00 the money will reflect in the other parties bank account the next working day. Lets give Vodacom the benefit of the doubt, surely the money should have reflected in their account already by now, the next working day. My question: what does the re-activation of my account have to do with a debit order, point is I PAID MY ARREARS !!! and should be activated according to that !! Not to mention that I am a client of Vodacom since 1997. Will definitely must make a plan to search for another provider that can do the job faster ?

It is now 11 hrs later that Vodacom promised that they will make contact. Nobody did as yet, I do not expect any more from them though !! And my phone is still not re-activated after I made my arrears payment already on Friday at 11:00 ? I am positively sure that the money must already be in Vodacom's account ? And since when must they wait for the money to show in their account. I have my Vodacom account since 1997 and this is not the first time I have been suspended over arrears, but this is the first time that I hear, I must wait this long for my account to be re-activated because I do not have a Debit order !! After I send my proof of payment a 100 times already. Can anybody please supply me with the Ombudsmen for telecommunications contact details ?
