Vodacom suspend my fibre without me authorizing it
I have asked SOOOOOOOOO MANY times for help with this problem and it seems no one listens to me that work at Vodacom. I wanted to order a VOIP phone from Vodacom but they wanted to charge me R100 per month more just for my existing fibre line and I decline as no one could explain why I must pay more just for the fibre line to have a voip service. I understand that I have to pay for the voip service but I could not understand why I had to pay more for my existing fibre line. So I cancelled the VOIP ORDER.....
Some stupid stupid imbisil at vodacom decided to cancel my fibre line. I have NEVER EVER given instruction for that....the email was to cancel the VOIP and in the subject line was the order nr for the VOIP phone.
I have spend more than 7 hours and many vodacom employees to remedy this to no avail and no my fibre has been suspended. Since January 2021 I am trying to get the extremely clever people at vodacom to understand I did not cancel my fibre. I am forced to use vodcom fibre because my body corporate signed a 5 year contract with you guys and your equipment is in my building so I cannot go another service provider.
so here's the deal, vodacom has suspended my fibre because no one wanted to listens to me and I have officially lost 2 days on income. I work as a contract developer that gets paid by the hour - so because you cut my fibre I am unable to work....so here is the interesting part - I WILL SUE vodacom for income lost and I will sue for the same amount I get paid per hour which is R400 - I have already consulted my attorney and we will proceed with a summons against vodacom next week.
so for everyday you do not restore my fibre at the same price it was that I have always paid as I have NOT cancelled my fibre I will sue vodacom.
You are playing with people's livesand give a rats $#Q@%^&#$
Your bill will be growing by the hour for every hour I do not have fibre.....
I am also going to take this to the social media now - because no one working at vodacom want to listen to me.....
