Vodacom supports *********

I have been on the phone with Vodacom for 50 min being passed from one department to the next. All I want to do is to get a confirmed ********** contract cancelled, the cancellation department puts me throw to forensics, the forensics puts throw back to the cancellation, now the cancellations is telling me they can not help me I need to call forensics. It is so much easier for a ******** to *******ly get an upgrade your name then for you to cancel that contract after Vodacom has confirmed that ***** took place.
