VODACOM SUPPORTS CRIME IT SEEMS
We were busy moving yesterday when my husbands phone got ******. The response from Vodacom was shocking. When we phoned they could not blacklist the phone as according to the call centre they can only do that from 7am to 7pm. We understood and only blocked the phone. My husband is the sole proprietor of his own business. He was now told as a result of being a business owner he needs authorization for having his phone blacklisted by his partners (he has none). Not only that but he is also not allowed to obtain detail about the usage of his phone since being ******. Being in the process of moving and having not set up the office yet and seeing that we are time constraint, doing admin work on their behalf makes no sense in a situation like this. This is a critical situation please help. Whereto from here to get the phone blacklisted and confirm what activity there were from being ******?
