Vodacom supporting ****!

In December I suddenly found myself getting billed by Vodacom for something called Vodaphone live. When I queried this I was told I must have registered by responding to some pop-up ad on my phone. I asked from proof of registration and requested this be reversed a number of times. I was given service request numbers, then received sms's that the service request had been resolved - yet this bill for the Vodaphone live was never reversed. Vodacom claims its some third party and they cannot reverse it - Bull****! If they are prepared to bill for someone they must take accountability. How can I unwittingly register for a service from a pop-up - no registration should be allowed without a minimum of a confirmation that you want to register. This is a down right money making **** that Vodacom is complicit in and this needs to be investigated by the Ombudsman as I have seen other complaints and NOTHING is being done about this by Vodacom. Really dissapointed with Vodacom's attitude, complicity in this, and lack of any real process to resolve this with them - clearly you are inviting bad publicity on Hellopeter, and if you don't sort this out for other victims of this **** you are allowing to happen you will continue to get the complaints
