Vodacom Support SUCKS - AI is not working for them
Vodacom Support be it email or telephonic SUCKS, the bot does understand their own numbers. I am desperately trying to speak to someone or email someone to help me change my banking details. But even the email address has now gone to AI/Bot.. If you want to make use of technology at least make sure it works!!!!!!
