Vodacom support is a Joke

Their support is useless. We've been without service for over a week now. We've contacted their support on twitter, but they have no clue what to do. They work of a script, and they don't deviate of it, even when told that the problem they are trying to fix, isn't the problem we're having. Even showing proof of others in town having the same problem, and stating that I restarted my phone they have the audacity to ask if I restarted my phone. ChatGPT will do a better job, than the current support you get from them
