Vodacom Support ignores mails
<p>I logged a complaint on helopeter, and was then contacted as to my issue, they then sorted out part of my problem (the smaller part) and no resfuese to even respond to mails, (I have followed up twice over the space of 13 days) not even an aknowledgement that they got the mail.</p> <p>Terrible service</p>
