Vodacom supplies phone without battery

<p>On 22/03/2016 I booked a Nokia Lumia 1520 still under manufacturer guarantee in at Vodacom Middelburg Mall branch for repairs. It was sent to the Witbank branch and from there to JHB for repairs. The phone was deemed irrepairable by Vodacom JHB and a refurbished Lumia 950XL was sent back to the Vodacom store in Middelburg. When I got home that day and opened the box there was no battery for the Lumia 950XL. Phoned the shop and they said the would get it sorted out. Well today is 12 June 2016,more than 2 months later and 100's off phone calls and even personal visits to the store in Middelburg and nothing has happened. So yes I have a phone with no way of using it and thanks to these phones still being newly released in South Africa, I also have no way of purchasing a battery for myself to actually start using the phone. Just completely fed up with Vodacom and their ****py service. </p>
