Vodacom sunnyside bad customer service by manager

Good day

My name is kabelo I went to vodacom store in Sunnyside to ask for assistance via my stock in the store & I found this lady called Ntakadzeni Makharamendzha I've never seen a worker with so bad attitude/behavior in my life. I was with manager from vodacom 4u inside the mall he also witnessed the bad attitude the lady has, i don't know if the company is aware of such behavior in their store this lady is so disrespectful and you can see she is sure nothing will happen to her no matter her attitude.I want her to be dealt with and I request proof of discipline or anything more than that.I am also a manager were I work and I'm sure that store is not performing cause of such bad attitude. ********** 295 or ********** 086.
