Vodacom Summer Shake ****

The Summer Shake promotion is all just a ****. You use your points to "purchase" vouchers but the vouchers don't actually work. Visited 4 different Steers to use my vouchers but they all say that the codes are invalid. And if you call the vodacom customer care helpline then they direct you to an alternate number that doesn't even have people on the other end and can't help you. And if you call the vodacom customer care helpline again then they are extremely rude and not helpful at all. What a **** of a promotion. Don't even bother wasting your time. Pathetic service.
