Vodacom SUCKS with customer service
I have been double debited for no reason more than a year ago.i have sent numerous emails to head office and the phoenix plaza branch but did not receive any feedback. vodacom is the worst service provider that i have dealt with. i had a few issues with cell c in the past which was resolved in 24 hours now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE
