Vodacom sucks when upgrading and pathetic internet speeds
Tried to upgrade my contract, but when I did it on the website, it always fails. The website never works properly. And that is when I have a half decent connection of 200kbps AT MOST.
I am paying a fortune for for 2 contracts, for a connection that routinely drops down as low as 4kbps on a 4G connection
