Vodacom sucks refusing to pay insurance for my device

Vodacom is full of ****. They are making their mistake my error. They undercharged me for insurance mow am claiming they don’t want to pay for my phone. I am so livid because when i was paying for tje device i was contracted with they were not complaining that i under insurance. Vodacom is the pits. The staff is so unprofessional as they don’t give feedback i have to continuously call cor updates. And they come that i have to pay R14k because i was under insured for iphone 14pro.

They are quick to sell devices but don’t completed their admin.
