Vodacom SUCKS - Promises but no delivery

I purchased a Samsung S8 from Vodacom ****arney and was served by Katlego. She packaged the phone and handed over to me, without the advertised vouchers. I asked for the vouchers and the response was "What vouchers?" I explained and pointed it out to her on the advert in front of her and then she started running around the store to colleagues to find out about it. She then returned telling me to download the Samsung Rewards app and that I could redeem the vouchers from there. When I checked, there was no way to retrieve the vouchers. I called back and spoke to Lizo, an unhelpful and pessimistic individual who saw no urgency in assisting me. He said that he would ask Katlego, who was busy with a client at the time, to call me back but that it wouldn't be the same day. I told him that if Katlego failed to call me back the same day, I would have to cancel my contract as I was supposed to receive everything the same day. Katlego then sent me a whatsapp message about steps to follow. I rep**** stating that there was no way for me to do that as I did not receive a push notification. She then only rep**** about one of the vouchers and when pointed out that to her she said she would find out. The next day Saturday I got a call from a lady at the store and she said that the Opps Manager would try to sort it out by Monday. Today is Monday and still haven't heard from any representative. I cannot believe the service from this supposed market leader. The staff are obviously untrained and don't know their products. The only time I received any response from them was when I threatened to cancel the contract twice. Well now I will follow through on my threat and return the handset to the store and cancel the contract. Pathetic service. It was my first interaction with Vodacom, and I assure you it will be the last.
