VODACOM SUCKS NXAAA

Vodacom should just not drive me mad please. I had a complaint about you guys and I thought I was done with you, seemingly not.<br> <br> I paid my contract in full and I closed it. I even asked for a settlement letter that was so difficult to get and had to complain here on Hello Peter to get it. Now I am getting an sms telling me that my account has been handed over to debt collectors and this will result in negative credit rating against me. Exactly which account are you guys handing over, cause definitively you cannot be threatening me over an account that does not exist anymore.<br> <br> I have been trying to call the *** number that is provided on the sms and I cannot even get through to speak to a consultant. It asks for the number for my contract then tells me to call back again cause I don't know the number and cuts me off. How the hell am I suppose to even inquire about this matter from you guys if I can't get through to an agent.
