Vodacom sucks!!!

Vodacom… your service is absolutely disgusting. When one takes out a contract it is promises of this and that will come from the store within a week. This is the third time in a row that I get told… after signing contact that the colours I chose are not available… stock will still take an unknown amount of time to arrive but I am paying for something that I don’t have in my hands at the moment. We are talking about expensive items… iPhones, Apple Watches… iPads… you are loosing me as a client after more than 20 years. I cannot handle this terrible service any longer.
