Vodacom sucks.

I've had a contract with vodacom and before my contract ended I went in to vodacom to make the last payment. I then did the cancelation over the phone coz I've made a phone to the number I was provided with and the lady told me I can do it over the phone. I've received emails stating that my contract ended and that the cancelation has been done and that my number is now pre-paid. I did what I needed to do but then vodacom decided to threaten me with lawyers because they say I owe them coz I did not do the cancelation. I've made contact with them but No1 wanted or couldn't help me. I've sent emails and the proof of the cancelation that has been done but still up until today they haven't responded or looked into this matter. I am in arrears for something that has ended and I know that I haven't missed 1 payment because if I was unsure then I will go to vodacom just to find out. The lawyers keeps sending emails and this is affecting my credit score. I have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails to vodacom and their lawyers but vodacom still haven't contacted me yet. I've had enough and now I can see that vodacom is a very bad company and have very bad customer service as well. Their managers are even clueless and couldn't help me. I am not paying them anything and I need for them to clear my name.
