Vodacom sucks

I did an upgrade with Vodacom on the 9/8/20 telephonically as I was told it was easier than going into the store. I have left numerous messages for Curtis Green the manager to call me with absolutely no luck whatsoever. The call centre agents are so unhelpful and if they cant answer you they just drop the call on you. I have called them again now only to be told the phone was delivered yesterday and they couldn't get hold of me so it was returned back to the warehouse. This means I wait another week to receive it as its a whole new process. I'm appalled and disgusted with the service from them. They never late to deduct our monies and are quick to hand us over to debt collectors when we owe them 1 cent but they are useless when it comes to giving us what we want! Their customer service sucks and as for the managerial skills, I don't think it even exists!!!
