Vodacom sucks
I placed an order on the 1.12.2025. The order was canceled when I enquired. The amount i paid was 237. I was only refunded R38. The order number was ***.
I placed another order on the 12.12 .2025. The order was made today the 15th of December and the item is damaged. This order number is ***.
No one from vodacom has contacted me regarding my refund .
And I tried calling vodacom and was put their from pillar to post and no one resolved my issue.
So im unsure how to get any assistance from them.
Their service really sucks.

11 Feb 2026, 21:07Vodacom is sitting with my money for an order they canceled and another order where the item was broken. They are making it seem like it is my fault. Complaining now on any platform is not helping. I will be lodging a complaint with ICASA
