Vodacom Sucks

Been trying to cancel my contract since May 2020...been given the run around and have called their call centers so many times but just about each person one speaks to has no pride in their work. Have reference number upon reference number - they can't even find them on their systems. Requested recordings of all the calls I have made regarding this and still nothing has been sent. I just can't take it anymore
