Vodacom sucks

Vodacom is the most *********** company I have ever come across. They ***** your money and deliver nothing. To get hold of a consultant is a mammoth task. When I finally do get through, and speak to Lizzy who is the most impossible person to deal with. She confirmed that Vodacom does not have a customer care. This is the ignorance and incompetence of the people representing Vodacom. They know nothing of their own company, how is it possible to help you with other things. Vodacom has fallen. It's proving to be another failed SOE. Such a pity. Vodacom sucks
