Vodacom sucks

Just had the most pathetic experience with the vodacom customer care. A contract was *******ly opened on my wifes name. So i contacted customer care the lady was no help at all. I just wanted her to provide me a copy of the contract signed by my wife but she just said i have to go get an affidavit from the police then send it to the ***** department and wait 7 days. Mean while my account has been debited with r2000. This is completely and utterly unacceptable.
