Vodacom sucks

Vodacom has gone down the drain. I have been struggling with them with my upgrades and a new order. I made orders on the 12th of November and everytime I call they have different stories about my cellphone number or delivery address and when I ask them to cancel they say they can't cancel because the order is opened. Everyone has a different story and I've been with Vodacom for 8 years and now I wish I went elsewhere. Please go elsewhere before ever going to Vodacom
