Vodacom sucks
I placed an order on the 1st December. The money has gone off my account. Today while being transferred to all of their employees it was still not resolved. Now after the call the order is suddenly canceled. I have not been refunded. Their service really sucks. This is not the first time. They advertise products which suddenly are out of stock but was not at the time. My order number that was canceled is ***

12 Dec 2025, 06:17Firstly no one contacted me. Secondly they sms me saying they will do a refund of which I have not received. Thirdly they give me 500 vodabucks which equivalates to R25. Imagine what they think of their loyal customers. We are worth R25. I have been with vodacom for more than 20 years. I am appalled by their lack of service and will definitely be migrating another provider once my contracts are up.
