Vodacom sucks and doesn't care about our security

<p>Vodacom doesn't care about our security as their customers . I have been waiting for feed back for almost a month now. I filed a complaint with them about ********** activity on my number and I was promised an inestigation will be made but up to now am still waiting . You guys have out personal info on your database and are Suppossed to protect us and yet there are people from within your company who supply info to syndicates who then do a sim swop on our numbers and ***** all your airtime. I reported my case well in time before the aim swop could go thru....it was stopped , but later another sim swop was succesfully done without my consent and no warning what so ever. I wonder how that is possible with no inside job. Vodacom sucks . I am considering porting my number to another network.</p> <p>THABO </p> <p>***</p> <p> </p>
