VODACOM SUCKS!!!

We have internet lines with Vodacom that constantly go down and to get them to resolve the issue is so unbelievably difficult.

Right now we've got a site down and logged a ticket via the website (vodacom.service-now) and no one has called. They put updates there saying they are waiting for information but the information has to be filled in before we can log the ticket! At 9am this morning we sent them 2 numbers to contact for on site personnel and they have not made contact with them. It's close of business now and we still have not been assisted!! Called the customer serviced line and the agent (Caroline Dube) eventually gets a hold of someone and then puts me through for the line to just ring and then go to voicemail! Call customer care again and speak to another agent (Zanele Kubheka) and he tells me that the person that I was supposed to speak to (Dan Mkwala) was on another call!! So he knew I was holding on for him and decided to just take another call!!! Now a message has been left for him to call me back and I still have not received a call. The site is still currently down, no productivity... and this is a hospital mind you so it's a huge problem!!

But Vodacom is quick to debit our account every month for the full amount and if the debit order bounces or payment is late then they block the account!!! VOX has been giving better service than these fools!
