Vodacom sucks !!!!!

Vodacom sucks period !!!!

They are extremely quick to offer and cross sell you something, but makes it totally impossible to cancel/remove.

Requested for Mobile handset insurance to be cancelled on the 9th of April. System showed the cancellation was loaded yet not actions. Followed up again on 7th May as it still showed on my statement. Was requested again by agent, still not auctioned. Followed up on 14th May, Teamleader assured me it will be done…….still not. Two months down the line, they again requested for a cancellation…..yet I’m expected to pay my bill in full else I’m flagged as a non payer, yet still no clear answer as to when my refund will be processed
