Vodacom Sucks

Vodacom is one of the worst companies. No customer service, just pathetic. I have been a Vodacom customer for the past 14 years and never missed a payment. Upon wanting to do an upgrade this weekend I got told that I need to have a portfolio increase. I went to two Vodacom stores and the same thing happened at each. What I don't understand is the phone I have now with my contract is costing me double then the upgrade I want, I actually want to make my package smaller and go for a cheaper phone, but to do so I need a portfolio increase why? I am literally going smaller. I have phoned customer care and they said they will contact the necessary department to help and give a call back, its been two days and I am still waiting. This is not the first time Vodacom has caused issues for me this year, just look at my previous reviews.
