Vodacom sucks

NEVER upgrade with Vodacom Online, unless you want to wait 14 days for the device to be delivered. I have been a loyal client of Vodacom since 1997 and I was eligible for an upgrade. The local Vodacom store did not have the device I wanted and was told to order it on line.. which I duly did. I ordered it on Monday 13th August. At 16.30 on the same day I received a sms telling me what my new monthly premium will be. Todate 21 August 2019, I still haven't received the handset. Apparently it was given to the couriers today.
