Vodacom sucks

I am again in arrears because of vodacom who debit my account on times that was not arranged. After I paid it in ful amonth ago, they still cut my service and put me in arrears of over R1000. To my knowledge I was paid up in ful, last month (february) and still vodacom sais that I am in arears. They have incompatent people working at their accounts department who does not know how a calander works and who did not go to school to learn to read and count. I am currently not happy.
