Vodacom Sucks
Worst service ever! My internet is down for 4 days already. Logged a service request on 3 days ago, still no response. Phoned the call centre today for the sixth time, they said the technician will phone me after lunch (it was 15h00). Who take lunch 15H00 in the afternoon?
I am still without internet and it is weekend already, wasting money to buy cellular data. to cap everything my vodacom cellular signal is so bad at my house!!!
Paying for a service and not receiving it is not on!!
