Vodacom Sucks

Vodacom has again showed me their ugly side. Being a loyal customer for almost two decades that never missed a single payment, it’s really heart sore of their ****py service. But it’s typical of an arrogant company that has no regard to its customers. I called through over ten times for a guy called Oscar and his team leader Ismail to do a deal match. He offered me a deal last on Tuesday. I have tried since Wednesday and they have not called me. Why does Vodacom employ *********** people
