Vodacom Sucks

My Vodacom account came to and end in November 2019 after 2 years (data contract 20GB per month at R299). I called to ensure that the contract was not continuing at the end of November 2019 and had the horrible job of trying to speak to a human being at the end of a Vodacom "help" line. I stipulated to the clerk that I wanted the contract cancelled. But, they invoiced me in December 2019. So I reversed this payment at the bank. Now they have listed me with the credit bureau for non-payment. I am going to go into one of their stores and fight this out, but again, this is the worst company in the world. I hate Vodacom. I despise their 'service' and their rip-off rates. Whatever you do, don't EVER TAKE A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM. They are ****** and sharks and I am going to take this up further with their head office.
