Vodacom sucks
So i made a payment and then vodacom deducted it again upon which i contacted vodacom for a refund then they said i must send them an email which i did took long too get a response and even longer for the refund i haven't even received yet after 11 days now and counting after i received the email stating its prepared its very pathetic that it takes so long for a refund and you can't even call them to find out whats the hold up please help!!!

28 Sept 2025, 14:53After i could not get hold of no one and now you guys want too play innocent and after i put it on hello peter you guys jump fast even when you phone in no one can get thru im still waiting for someone to fix my account and still nothing happens about it vodacom is useless cant get nothing sorted so hopefully after this someone will call me back and sort out my account for my billing because one thing is said but nothing adds up so over vodacoms ****šš½
