Vodacom sucks

I app**** for a contract at Vodacom online the next day they called me stating that its been approved and they even arranged delivery... when i called the next day to find out about my tacking number they told me its been declined due to unknown reasons and i should call a number to find out why.

They constantly approve people and then decline them the next day after the contract has been approved.
